MAPEAMENTO SIMPLIFICADO DE DANOS UTILIZANDO FERRAMENTAS DE AVALIAÇÃO PÓS-OCUPAÇÃO: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA DE ENSINO NA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE ALAGOASResumo This study presents the results obtained in a Post-Occupancy Assessment (POA) at the Federal University of Alagoas - Campus do Sertão, based on a teaching experience, providing a simplified damage mapping, aiming to identify and analyze pathological manifestations in the internal part of the building. Thus, the research was conducted through visual inspections and photographic records collected throughout an elective discipline, where we sought to identify anomalies in the construction. The main pathologies found were efflorescence, moisture stains, displacement of coating and paint, and also cracks, fissures and/or splits. Carrying out damage mapping at the institution, although simplified, provides relevant information linked to the building maintenance processes and learning of the students involved. Thus, the importance of preventive maintenance and continuous monitoring of the material conditions of buildings is evident, ensuring comfort, safety and durability. |
